Adult-kids
March 22, 2008
Adult-kids are people who are adults, but act like kids.
• In some ways, it can be charming: not scared of ridicule, not scared of being themselves, wanting more responsibilities, saying exactly what’s on your mind, seeing in black and white, wanting to fit in moms heels…
• In other ways, it can be annoying: scared of ridicule, scared of being themselves, freaking out about responsibilities, saying the beautified version of what’s on your mind, seeing in shades of gray, wanting to wear tiny shoes…
Because kids today are also kid-adults.
The thing is, if you try constantly to be what you are not, your life becomes a fake one.
If you’re 20, be 20 most of the time.
If you’re 35, be 35 most of the time.
If you’re 50, be 50 most of the time.
And if you don’t want to be what you are, then say your mental age when you get asked: “How old are you?”
Or else you could end up hurting the people around you who thought they could count on you because you’re supposed to be 27. Not 12.
Friendships

Friendship.
What is friendship?
Two souls connecting?
Is there different kinds of friendships?
The friendship you use for specific occasions.
The friendship you keep because it’s old.
The friendship you speak but don’t see.
The friendship you see but don’t speak.
The friendship you see and speak.
The friendship you just know is there.
The friendship you think you have, but you don’t.
The friendship you don’t think you have, but you do.
The friendship you work on, and the one you just won’t.
The friendship you want to work on, but they won’t.
Is there such a thing as a true or false friendship?
I think there is.
When does a friendship turn into a true friendship?
Do you know?
What happens when your true friendship is their false friendship?
Your loss.
Teardrops

Tears. Silent tears.
Silent tears are the most powerful.
Because they say what sound can’t.
Start.

It’s a start.
A new start.
An anonymous one.
To say it all.
